Tech Mart Myanmar provides access to premium digital software such as CapCut, ChatGPT, and Canva Premium through official reseller channels. All services are provided according to each product’s respective policies.

3. Account Responsibility

• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• Sharing or reselling of purchased accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Misuse or violation of third-party platform policies may result in account suspension without refund.

4. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are accepted in MMK (Myanmar Kyats) unless otherwise stated.
• Once a digital product or account has been delivered, it cannot be refunded unless service failure is caused by Tech Mart Myanmar.
• Payment must be made through authorized channels only.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability. However, we are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party software providers, maintenance, or unforeseen technical issues.

6. Intellectual Property

All product names, trademarks, and logos (e.g., CapCut, ChatGPT, Canva) belong to their respective owners. Tech Mart Myanmar acts only as a reseller or distributor and claims no ownership.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tech Mart Myanmar is not liable for:

• Any indirect or incidental losses.
• Account restrictions or issues caused by original service providers.
• Data loss or user misuse of purchased accounts.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective once posted on our official communication channels.
